I’m new to librarianship and new to Boston. I’m the digital projects manager/processing archivist at the Boston University School of Theology library and may have the longest job title of anyone attending this THATCamp. I’ve worked with digital collections since library school, first at the University of South Carolina and now at BU. I’ve been involved with digital humanities in various forms since my undergraduate English major days, including working as a graduate assistant at South Carolina’s Center for Digital Humanities. I was born, raised, and educated in South Carolina, and my hobbies include having a love-hate relationship with Twitter, loitering around museums, and not owning enough scarves to cope with my first New England winter. Finally, I think Žižek’s contributions to modern discourse on the intersection of botany and child-rearing are vastly underrated: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a5yoqjABeBM
