I have been working at the MIT Libraries for just over two years. My position recently shifted so I am now working with digital collections on various projects within D-Space's Open Access Collections and with other collections. My studies at Simmons are in archives and cultural heritage institutions. Specifically I am interested in how cultural heritage institutions such as museums are utilizing informatics in their institutions. I am also interested in tools used for digital collections and new technology. I have a background in art history and fine art. When I have time I like to create art and read about pop culture.
